Customer Eligibility and Accounts

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and provide accurate, current order and contact information. Account Points and Referrals


AminoBox may offer account points, referral credits, discounts, or similar promotional benefits to eligible customers. Program details, including how benefits are earned, redeemed, expire, or are limited, will be displayed in the applicable account, checkout, or referral experience.


Account points and referral benefits are promotional only, have no cash value, are not transferable, may not be sold or exchanged, and do not create a property right or guarantee future benefits. They may be used only as permitted by AminoBox and may not be combined with other offers unless we clearly state otherwise.


Referral links or codes may be shared only through lawful, honest, and non-misleading communications. You may not create fraudulent accounts, refer yourself, use automated systems, send unsolicited bulk communications, misrepresent AminoBox or its products, or otherwise manipulate the referral program. We may withhold, reverse, suspend, modify, or cancel points, referral benefits, or program access where we reasonably identify fraud, abuse, error, or a breach of these Terms.

AminoBox may modify, suspend, or discontinue account points or referral program at any time, subject to applicable law.


Research Use Restrictions

AminoBox products are supplied strictly for lawful laboratory research, analytical testing, and in vitro evaluation. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, cosmetic use, food use, therapeutic use, drug manufacture, or any other consumer or clinical application.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations governing the purchase, transport, storage, handling, use, and disposal of products in your location.

Packaging Notice: While our website features a dark digital interface, our physical packaging translates this aesthetic from screen to scale using white labels with identical branding, logos, and design across our hermetically sealed white HDPE packers, jars atomizers, Borosilicate Vials, containers, or ampoules.

Temperature-Sensitive Assets: including lyophilized compounds and specialized peptides—we deploy strict cold-chain shipping protocols, integrating temperature-shielding mylar with ice packs to eliminate as much thermal degradation as possible.

LIMS ID Batch Coding: Every unit is assigned a unique LIMS ID paired with physical batch coding for absolute lot traceability. Regardless of the structural packaging configuration, the documented identity, exact quantity, certified purity via the official Certificate of Analysis (CoA), and authentic AminoBox branding remain strictly guaranteed.

Orders, Inventory, and Pricing

Product availability, prices, and purchase limits may change without notice. We may correct pricing, product-description, or availability errors and may refuse, limit, or cancel an order affected by an error, unavailability, suspected fraud, inaccurate order information, or an applicable legal restriction. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, we will provide a refund or credit as appropriate.

Payment and Order Review

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must be completed through an approved payment method before an order is dispatched. We may review orders to protect against fraud, chargebacks, payment errors, or misuse of the website, and may contact you to resolve order-related questions.

AminoBox may use Google Identity Services for Sign in with Google and Google Maps Platform services, including Google Maps JavaScript API, Places API (New), and Geocoding API, to provide account access, address search, address selection, mapping, and delivery-related functionality.
