Shipping and Returns

Shipping

AminoBox orders ship from Canada through Canada Post. Available shipping services, delivery estimates, and total shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address, package size, weight, and selected service.

If no shipping options are available for your address at checkout, please contact us before completing your purchase. Our team will review your location and arrange an available delivery option where possible.

We prepare orders on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier volume, weather, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

Cold Chain Logistics

To preserve molecular integrity and help maintain product stability and quality, temperature-sensitive AminoBox inventory is maintained in a dedicated cold-storage facility until it is prepared for shipment. This controlled storage process helps protect product quality before it enters the delivery process.

  • Lyophilized Compounds: Peptides and sensitive synthetics are shipped in a stabilized, freeze-dried state to help maximize shelf life.
  • Active Temperature Control: Temperature-sensitive shipments feature integrated ice packs and high-barrier matte black mylar bags to help maintain a controlled cold-chain environment throughout transit.

Please follow the storage instructions provided for your specific product promptly upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we will email the tracking number to the address used at checkout. Carrier tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin displaying movement. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find the shipping confirmation.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and contacting Canada Post directly for routine delivery questions or local delivery instructions.

Shipping Address Changes and Order Cancellations

Please review your order, shipping address, and contact details carefully before placing an order. If you need to change an address, modify an order, or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order enters processing or ships. Once an order has been processed or handed to Canada Post, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for confirming that the products ordered may be imported into their destination country. Customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and other import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs inspections or local carrier delays may extend delivery time. We cannot control customs decisions or guarantee clearance in every destination. Orders refused, returned, delayed, or seized because of local import rules, unpaid duties, or inaccurate customer-provided information are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs. Any remedy for the product value will be reviewed case by case after the carrier’s final disposition is available.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible products that are unopened, unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

For safety and quality-control reasons, the following items are final sale once shipped and are not eligible for return unless AminoBox made an error or the item arrived damaged:

  • Products with a broken or removed safety seal
  • Opened or used products
  • Temperature-sensitive or cold-chain products
  • Products supplied in vial, sterile, or otherwise sensitive formats
  • Sale items

Contact us through our Contact Us page before sending anything back. Do not return products without authorization and instructions from our support team. For eligible discretionary returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returns are subject to acceptance and approval by AminoBox. A refund will be issued only after the authorized return has been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet all applicable return conditions. We will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, contact us through our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the shipping box, label, packing materials, and items received.

Once we review the claim and it has been verified, we will send a replacement immediately. AminoBox covers the cost of correcting verified fulfillment errors and transit damage.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbours, and with Canada Post. Delivery scans can occasionally be made before a package is physically available.

If the package remains missing, contact us promptly through our Contact Us page with your order number and the carrier claim or investigation details, if available. We will review the information and help determine the appropriate next step. Carrier-delivery claims are assessed case by case.
